- Technical problems from manufacturer

- Broken goods due to transportation process

- Inadequate type to your purchase

If you find any of the above, please do not accept the goods and ask our delivery staff to confirm the status of goods on the spot and request a return. If not, you must immediately report the faulty status to us for support, after 24 hours we will not support exchange take for granted that you have agreed with the product delivered.

Refund fee

Refund fee will be fully paid by if the error belongs to the company.

Form of refund

100% new products will be replaced. In case the product is no longer in stock, commits to refund 100% amount that customers have paid to us through bank transferring to you.
